Hi, I ordered two Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken dinners for carry out tonight. When I got home an we opened them up to eat them, they were almost dry. There was very little sauce at all on them. We've had the chicken alfredo from this location many times before and we love it. Tonight not so much. We ended up putting them back in the to-go boxes and in the refrigerator so that I could go buy sauce to put on them another time. I thought about it for a while and realized that I just spent $30 for two pasta dinners that I have to go out and buy sauce for?? That didn't seem right so I decided to call the manager of the restaurant (It's the store on 85th & Greenfield in West Allis, WI). I was told that he'd be happy to give us more sauce if I wanted to come get it. I said I just spent $30 on food we couldn't eat and you're willing to give me sauce? I didn't even realize during the conversation that I just put gas in my car at almost $4/gallon. How is it worth it to me to spend my money on gas to go there to get something that I should have already had and can buy in a jar right around the corner in the grocery store? So..he offered to throw in an extra garlic bread. We went from that to I can replace one meal. I didn't pay $30 for one meal, I spent the money so that two of us could have dinner...and ended up eating sandwiches because I didn't want to go back out in the rain and sleet for sauce. What it ended up as...he said he'd replace both meals if I brought both of what I have back whenever I decided to get the replacement food. I have the food. It was packaged back up and is in my fridge. I have to honestly say though...we love the pizza, the lasagna, and of course, the alfredo, but if this is the service you get when there's a problem (we've never had a problem with the food there before), then I won't be back. The food is not inexpensive in your restaurant which was fine because the quality was always there. This time it wasn't. And this time, I am amazed at how unprepared the manager was to deal with any type of issue. He spoke to me as if he thought I was trying to get something for nothing. This is not the case. I just want something edible for my $30. I'm a single mom with a teenage boy and one income, so treating ourselves to anything more than fast food is rare for us. This is why when we do, we continue to go to this location. This has always been a safe bet. If this is the type of response I can expect if there are ever any other issues down the road, then I'm thinking it's time to find a new safe bet. Thanks for listening. We always enjoy mama mia's foods. We order once or twice a month, mostly carry-out and enjoy in our home. Tonight we had a family get togother , a birthday party with about 12 guests. After trying to decide the menu for the evening, we ultimately decided on carry-out. Mama mia's was one of our first considerations great i talian food at a reasonable price, hard to beat in my opinion.

BIG MISTAKE. What we remembered as a great meal ended up as delicious, but not the portions we had previously gotten. Normally very consistent, over many years of eating here, we were presented with a
